Well, here's hoping they fix the issues the first game had (slow Kenshiro being a major one) and that they use something else for upgrading the characters since the meridian charts sort of ruined the game for me.

Agreed. The game did have many issues. I just hope they try to improve it and make it fast paced and more violent. Now let's see if it get's a Western release...

E3 is a US gaming event. I'd say that the fact an E3 trailer even exists (and the english logo) for this game is confirmation enough.

Well, I saw Kaioh's helmet in that montage towards the end. So it's a strong possibility.

There's a possibility it could only get a European release. FOTNS is much more popular there than it is in North America.
But I don't disagree that there's a very good possibility it will come here.
