Just thought I'd point out that for 8, it's actually 'Kami Nomi zo Shiru Sekai' not 'Kami no Mizo Shiru Sekai'
That volume actually proudly sits on my shelf too. |

Thrilled to see Chihayafuru ranking so high. Again, I'm hopin' and wishin' for its manga to be licensed, and for it to see a second season for its anime.

Nice to see Princess Jellyfish ranking so high too. I can always keep on hoping for these manga licenses... |

Why wait for a license? Kodansha has released bilingual versions of Chihayafuru. My order for the first two volumes just shipped today for a little over $40 with shipping. Now I have to wait 1-3 weeks for it to arrive... As for a 2nd season:
The previous volume (#15) sold 192,448 in the first week, making this about a 10% increase in first week sales. Volume #14 sold 171,785, so #15 had about a 12% increase from #14, and from #14 to #16 it is almost a 24% increase in first week sales. From what I have heard, one of the main reasons for the anime was to increase sales of the manga. This type of increase, and a #1 ranking for the week, really argues that it worked, which could lead to a second season of the anime! I hope? |

Go Kenichi!
Shame no R1 manga company has licensed the manga... |
