The song has a great vocal sound in which you can start doing a harmonizing sing along duo with it. There are some good clips of it out there with the romanized Japanese language as well. I didn't know it was made into a stage play till this article came up so it is something its moving on to the next stage(ie).

Literally, "kokoro" means "heart". Other meanings are metaphorical extensions of this. Just like, in another language "grok" means "drink".
