Lady of the Hour is 2 seiyuu and one promotion lady.
Her picture, hometown, and blood type (which I added because it was staring me in the face) all come from her agency/talent website. However the same site gives her name as 長谷川知子, (conveniently romanized HASEGAWA TOMOKO) and ANN has 長谷川朋子 listed on her encyclopedia entry. (see also error report which should be cleared when this is dealt with.) There is also a curious diversity of staff and cast credits: Cast: 長谷川知子 Kick Off 2002 (TV) as Miki Takamizawa [1] Also confirmed by TAB page. 長谷川知子 Super Robot Taisen OG: The Inspector (TV) as Tsugumi Takakura (also, Thrush) Listed on TAB website. More for 長谷川知子 according to TAB page Pandalian (TV) as Children (子供) [ADDED] Super Robot Wars OG Divine Wars (TV) as Tsugumi Takakura [ADDED] Some kind of ONA that isn't in ANN's encyclopedia called 帰ってきたアダチモ A THIRD SPELLING [TO BE SPLIT INTO ANOTHER ENCYCLOPEDIA ENTRY AS ANOTHER SEIYUU OF THE SAME NAME] 長谷川智子 G-On Riders (TV) as Site director (ep 6) [1] 長谷川智子 Neo Ranga (TV) as Mizuki (sources dead, [1] archived, but info not there, [2] not archived) Good sources: [3] [4] More 長谷川智子 according to Les Voix Courtesy of EmperorBrandon This Sakura Wars OVA as Townsfolk [TO BE ADDED TO SPLIT ENTRY] DNA2 (TV) as Staff (I guess?) [TO BE ADDED TO SPLIT ENTRY] Yu-Yu Hakusho as Girl [TO BE ADDED TO SPLIT ENTRY] A FOURTH SPELLING Which should be romanized Akiko Hasegawa, and belongs to that profile but she has Key Animator tasks mixed in with her voice credits, so she is probably also two people, but I'll look at that another day. 長谷川明子 D.C. II: Da Capo II (TV) as Student (ep 10) [1] [2] courtesy of Devil Doll. [ADDED TO EXISTING PROFILE, THIS INFO NEEDS TO BE HIDDEN] 長谷川明子 XXXHOLiC (TV) as Himawari's friend (ep 13) [ADDED TO EXISTING PROFILE, THIS INFO NEEDS TO BE HIDDEN][1] Staff: [TO BE SPLIT AS A PUBLICITY PERSON] 長谷川朋子 Akane Iro ni Somaru Saka (TV) : Promotion Manager (宣伝担当) [1] 長谷川朋子 Demon King Daimao (TV) : Publicity 宣伝 [1] 長谷川朋子 Murder Princess (OAV) : Advertising [Funimation doesn't have untranslated credits on Hulu, but they did translate a Tomoko Hasegawa as advertisement] [1] Courtesy of Devil Doll 長谷川朋子 S.A (TV) : Publicity 宣伝 [1] 長谷川朋子 Shin Koihime Musō (TV) : Publicity 宣伝 [1] 長谷川朋子 We Without Wings - Under the Innocent Sky (TV) : Publicity 宣伝 [1] No Love: Sorcerer Hunters (OAV) as girl (ep 3) [Probably 長谷川智子 though] Soreike! Anpanman (TV) [Running since 1988, could be anybody] Last edited by DerekTheRed on Tue Apr 10, 2012 5:18 pm; edited 4 times in total |

Looking through Les Voix des Anges, it actually appears there are two different seiyuu with the same name reading, even.
長谷川知子 of TAB Production http://www.geocities.jp/lesvoixdesanges/vha/hase/hasegawatomoko_tab.html 長谷川智子 (formerly) of Mausu Promotion http://www.geocities.jp/lesvoixdesanges/vha/hase/hasegawatomoko.html I tried searching through an archive of Mausu's website for the latter seiyuu, but I think she might have left them before the oldest archive of the page. Most of her roles listed on Les voix are in the 90's, though she goes into the 2000's with G-on Riders. |

.lain has two different Tomoko Hasegawas too:
長谷川 知子 TAB property. 長谷川 智子 Her own woman Unfortunately, both ladies' pages are pretty blank. Only 2 roles listed for the former and none for the latter. I'm going to be looking for sources on the remaining credits (cast and staff) and editing the OP. |

The seiyuu 長谷川 知子 (Hasegawa Tomoko) for TAB (born March 5th) has a Wikipedia page, with her career beginning in 2002.
- - - - - - - Akiko Hasegawa (key animator): 長谷川明子 (1989) Kiki's Delivery Service (http://www.ghibli-freak.net/majotaku/staff.html) 長谷川明子 (1992) Porco Rosso (SF Movie Database, good source) Same kanji as the current seiyuu, just 20 years earlier. - - - - - - - -

Ok, I've updated the OP and (I think) clearly marked which info needs to be moved where.
