I'm just wondering because its not listed in the encyclopedia but a friend of mine has showed it to me and so it does exist. Title of the special is Naruto Special 3: Konoha Village's Great Sports Festival. Only about 13 minutes but laugh out loud comedy.

Typo there, should be "Great Sports Festival".
I did see it, was pretty funny.  It was shown in theaters before the first movie and is available on the DVD.

If you want it entered, submit it. It's a simple process but it takes time. Don't expect it to get in anytime soon, unless a staff member decides to bump it to the top of the list. And, yes, I've seen it and it's lame. The ending was funny but that would be funny anywhere. |

Im not sure i would call it special 3.. there have been special OVA type animes from jump festa. the 2003 and 2004 specials are listed in the encyclopedia.
