it's the continuation of Tenchi OVA series... its a kind of special episode for third OVA series. Just like "the night before the carnival" for the first OVA series.

Yes, but why's it called Tenchi OVA 20? Like I said before, they're missing OVAs 4-19. And the site is in Japanese. I can't read it. Someone provide a translation (I don't care how bad it is). |

i think you're referring to episodes 14-19.
those episodes were released from 2003 to march of present year 2005 if you're referring to that
