they are still losing monery from pirates. i can bet if there is no illegal website for manga, they will sell even more. |

The point is that they've posted some great numbers this year, yet they'll still find a way to blame piracy for their troubles. Which is all bull**** when you get into the fact that they still hold onto outdated models and don't seem to want to change with the times. |

I haven't seen them blame piracy for troubles.
Hell, the only thing I've seen about people being arrested for illegal uploading is anime. I've yet to read anything similar about manga uploads. |

A search with 'arrested' and 'manga' brings up a lot of articles talking about people getting arrested for uploading manga online. The one I remember most was the article about the child of some manga publisher who got busted for uploading early leaked copies of some manga on YouTube.
