Wow, BONES. Don't push the boat out with your Darker Than Black animation or anything, you might make the characters move if you're not careful.
Otherwise - why on earth have they picked some of these properties? I know Scryed is weirdly popular in Japan still, but Rune Soldier? No-one gave a toss about Rune Soldier in 2001, let alone 2012.

Way to be a douche, could you try any harder? I get the feeling you're not living up to your full potential yet.
Snide remarks aside, in answer to the question, I think I remember being told in a previous article's thread on this that it's because all the shows are owned by the same company or something. Kadokawa I want to say.
And I too really enjoyed Rune Soldier. It should fit greatly with Slayers if nothing else, the shows are pretty similar.
I must have this game eventually, it's definitely on my import list along with the Rurouni Kenshin PSP game.

Actually i once heard that Rune Soldier was the Lodoss War guys answer to Slayers even set in the Lodoss World just more comedic.
Also yeah i too really like Rune Soldier. Just wish we coulda gotten A second season. Oh and I also like Scryed. Probably gonna rewatch it soon since i have the old boxset for it.
And yeah i too am gonna look at importing it. Reminds me though A.C.E. R Portable is another thing i should look at importing. Maybe at the same time. A mecha mashup and a human hero mashup at the same time.

Dick. I liked Rune Soldier. It was awesome. Just because you don't like it doesn't mean other people didn't.
Also; considering this is Banpresto, they'll find a way to work around the differences. And also; Scryed has ALWAYS been popular. Why do you think the series is getting two movies/OVAs this year?
Already have it preorderd. Hopefully I'll be done with Masoukishin Lord of Elemental I in two weeks so I can give this.
The thought of a Louie and Lina tag team makes the wait more bearable.
