What (if any) parts of it are based on or have influence of Greek myth. And, is it (DBZ) best to say it's the most popular anime/manga ever?

They're asking if any parts of DBZ were inspired by Greek mythology. Then, for some reason, they're asking of DBZ could properly be considered the most popular anime of all time.

None that I'm aware of. Its roots seem to be based more in Chinese myths like the Monkey King and Journey to the West.

No. I'd bet that Doraemon tops DBZ in popularity easy. Toriyama's own Dr. Slump manga and anime series were wildly popular in Japan as well.
