All bars are reduced to zero (a thin vertical line) with either MSIE or Firefox.

Personally, I could care less about the User Ratings, as they're pretty inaccurate. Besides, a lot of people tend to abuse the User Ratings by marking certain titles as "Worst Ever" on all languages (even though they've only seen them in English or Japanese).

You should know that I knew it pretty well. Anime catgrin + sweatdrop Anyway, it's not in a hurry, but I'd like to see its function returns to normal.

I just fixed it (just needed a rebuild)
I know there's spamming going on, but frankly I think the user ratings are pretty darn accurate. Consider this: anime#795
A few people (or a single person with multiple accounts?) tried to boost the ratings by voting repeatedly for masterpiece/excellent, but in the end the 51 "very good" ratings are worth more than twice the 163 "masterpiece" ratings. That's some pretty good resistance to spamming, IMHO

What is the point of doing that? I guess I could see why, but seriously...

I was about to start up a thread asking about this, but looks like this may be as good a place to ask as ever. I've noticed this on lots of titles, the length of the bar doesn't always correspond to the number of votes. I'd assumed before that this was as a result of a 'curve fitting' algorithm, but you're saying it's as a result of anti-vote-stuffing measures?

I would've never guessed Sailor Moon in the top 100 but I guess people will go that far. Plus I think that happened in my area, believe it or not some girls were talking about a "rate sailor stars masterpiece club" although I'm not quite sure if it was for here or actually for their own little games at home. BTW, stars in other languages is quite interesting, although I'm getting off topic now.
