Who knows, the track record for Digimon on home video is very poor.

The US Digimon movie, which was made of the frist three movies squished messily together, was released on DVD. There were a few VHSs released for each of the three TV series and one DVD released in the US (a few in the UK) for the first series.

There's more than one unreleased Digimon movie. Maybe somewhere along the line they'll release them all on one dvd if demand is high enough.

The first 13 eps of the first series were on DVD in the US by Fox, then deleted and rereleased by Buena Vista when Disney bought Saban. I believe the second version is now out of print as well. A UK company has been releasing a series of DVDs at a very low price point, when the 5th volume is out in October they will finally pass the 15 episode mark which was the highest numbered episode ever released on VHS in the UK.

I don't think it's possible to cram that much onto a single disc without making it look worse than a bootleg.
As for demand, I don't think there's ANY for Digimon.

The remaining OVAs ('movies') total 150 mins. Can't remember off the top of my hea the maximum length of a DVD.

If there was no demand, they wouldn't have bothered stumping up the cash to dub the remaining 4 movies.

I doubt the movies are short enough for them to cram on a single disc. If they're short enough for that, they should just be episodes. Why would they make a 25-minute movie? That's not even a movie. The whole purpose of a movie is to expand on a storyline or create a new one that's longer and more in-depth than the rest.
