This is the Mach 5 prototype that was made by Speed Racer Autoworks, LLC and appraised at $637,000. They're still taking orders by the way, you need to sign a personal use license agreement from WB first though.
 They've finished their Shooting Star prototype too.

I agree, it would be cool to have one, but where could you drive it without getting carjacked? Also, check out the Speed Busted link, as it has some hilarious pics of "Speed" getting busted.
