Help reading Fafner movie credits

The Soukyuu no Fafner movie Heaven and Earth, released in theaters in Japan on December 25th 2010, was released on DVD and BD on September 21st 2011. I own the BD version, and I could make out the names of voice actors, especially with the help of the official site, but in a few cases I just couldn't tell the names of the minor characters. I've submitted 3 voice actors whose roles I couldn't quite make out, they're the 3 at the very bottom of the Japanese cast list. Any help identifying those names from someone who's seen the movie credits would be much appreciated.

But see, one of the problems, for instance, is that the name in kanji given for Komatsu Michiko's character doesn't seem to make any sense, or at least I can't make any sense of it. If you can figure it out, let me know.

When romanizing role names you're usually better off with Japanese Wikipedia as they often have hiragana readings for the important roles.

In your particular case, 陳晶晶 is part of the section "Female Pilots":

竜宮島を占領した人類軍がノートゥングモデルのパイロットとして選抜した3人。アニメでは明かされなかったが、名前はそれぞれ、陳晶晶（17歳、中国出身） 、ベラ・デルニョーニ（16歳、イタリア出身）、オルガ・カティーナ・ベトレンコ（16歳、ロシア出身） 。
人類軍の精鋭パイロットだったが、ノートゥングモデルには適応できず、戦闘では活躍できなかった。
その後、しばらく登場しなかったが、道生やカノンと同様人類軍を脱退してアルヴィスの一員となったらしく、アニメでは蒼穹作戦にサポートメンバーとして参加する姿が描かれた（道生のメガセリオンとカノンのベイバロンが両方とも破壊されたため、竜宮島には彼女らが搭乗できるファフナーが存在しない）。
which at least shows you that this is supposed to be a Chinese name, not a Japanese one; the two other pilots mentioned there are born in Italy (Vera Delgnoli?) resp. Russia (Olga Katina Betrenko?).

As for the pronunciation of these kanji (Chen Jing-Jing as this page suggests?) you might need to watch a scene in this movie where this 17-year-old Chinese-born pilot is being referred to by name.
