I just discovered this site www.[This URL is a known Bootlegging website] and was wondering about its reliability.The reason I ask is because it sells some cheap import DVD's which I have seen for a lot more money at other places(Robot Carnival $12.99).Has anyone else used it,are the DVD's bootleg or something.

The imports are bootlegs. One way to tell is that some of them offer Chinese and English subtitles, which the large majority of Japanese DVDs don't have. Also, the DVDs there are regionless. Legit Japanese DVDs, on the other hand, are encoded Region 2.

Yes, it's a bootleg shop. All of their import DVDs are Hong Kong bootlegs. If you want import DVDs, I suggest CDJapan or, if you can read Japanese, Amazon.co.jp. |

The best way to tell is if it sounds too good to be true - it problay is. For exmple: They have the full set of Chobits on sale on 3 DVD's for 40$, sounds a bit fishy to me
