Nice...

So is Rebellion the one where characters from other franchises appear? I clearly remember characters like Ink from Moetan being among the characters in Queens Blade.

Nope, that'd be Queen's Gate.

I might watch a little, since I kinda got into the series from collecting anime figures. =w=""

Not a surprise. This is the kind of fare that usually sells very well, and its first two series did have solid production values and surprisingly decent storytelling.

Will definitely be checking this one out.

The only problem with an animated adaptation of the Rebellion arc is that Arc is incomplete since it ends in a giant cliffhanger in the Illustrated Stories from Hobby Japan's HP: spoiler[Annelotte's demonic powers awakes when Elina and her army corners her and Huit needs to give a Cooldown Hug for stop her.]

I'm sure I'll end up watching this. I liked Queen's Blade a lot more than I thought I would since fanservice shows have lost a lot of appeal with me of late. I still think the main reason why I ended up liking that show was because it left out the dull male lead that such shows usually have, and just focused on the ladies.

Does Queen's Gate even have a story? Seemed like a quick cash in of cameo books than an actual series:

Yo dawg, we heard you like fanservice. So we added some fanservice to your fanservice so you could enjoy fanservice in your fanservice.

I liked Queen's Blade but am not looking forward to what they did with Aldra in Rebellion.

I'll be honest...I never even know about all these different Queen's ____ series...so I didn't even know they had a story to begin with.

And yeah, I like loli!Aldra the best. I wouldn't have minded a mature nun Aldra like she was in the end of the anime. But I guess that position was already taking by Melpha already.

Also...any word on that Queen's Blade game getting an english release? I like tRPG's...
