Meh, the only one's I want to own are Castle in the Sky and Nausicaa, so this deal means nothing to me.

You know, I wish they would have added Princess Mononoke to that list, as that's one I gave away not too long ago. Atleast I don't have to buy 'em all at once, I'll go with The Cat Returns first.

I saw the Nausicaa trailer the other night right before InuYasha. Anyway, good deal. I don't have Kiki and I planned on buying all three. I hope Best Buy does what they did for the first wave where you buy two of the dvd's and get the third free. I bought them seperate.

I haven't seen the ads either. Is it true that everybody is eligible for this offer, or is there some hidden catch (such as having to live in the USA, which I don't)?

Fat chance. I'm not butchering 3 Ghibli DVD covers for Castle in the Sky. I'd rather pay full price for 4 normal DVD covers. Now if the proof of purchase were inside the case, I might be up for that. Anyone know? |

Not true for all DVDs. Some proof of purchase is located inside the case as a cut-out from the booklet/paper attached to the back of the front cover. Or it comes from a little tab located somewhere inside.

I haven't seen these "buy 3 and get another" ads either. But I suspect this is an offer that only applies to US residents.
I have seen an ad for the release of The Cat Returns though, on Life network (it seemed weird, because it was during one of their reality wedding shows - "Exchanging Vows" I think). |
