We haven't had a trivia game thread active in quite some time, so I thought it might be fun to start a new one. Since another recent thread is talking about favorite/memorable quotes, it seemed like a good idea for a contest. Cool

Rules:
1. Only quotes that are distinctive to a particular title and/or character should be used. Nothing that's too generic or too obscure, please! And no quotes from theme songs, either.
2. If a quote varies significantly between its English sub and dub version, which version is being quoted should be specified.
3. To post new ones (no more than three at a time, please!), one must answer at least one previous quote.
4. To answer a quote, one must specify both the title and the character within that title who is best-known for the quote.

To get the ball rolling, I'll post three. The first two should be easy, while the third is much more obscure but should be instantly recognized by anyone who's seen even one episode of the series:

1. "I think dirty thoughts are bad!"
2. "Ta-Daa!"
3. "Ukyu? Here we go!"

k, I think I know the first two for sure...

1) this is from Mahoro (Mahoromatic)
2) I think this is from Eclair (Kiddy Grade). I'm not sure as I only know the way she says it in Japanese (sorta sounds like cha-chaaa) but the translation is 'Ta-daa' so that's my best guess Very Happy

Anyway, I'm too lazy to think of quotes now so I'll post one later.

No clue about the third quote yet though...

/edit: ok, I found a quote. It's the beginning of a song that the character I'm looking for sings a couple of times. I got it from the subbed version.

"Tsukurimashou, tsukurimashou, sate sate naniga dekiru kana?"
It might not be spelled completely right but I think I got it across more or less Razz

3: Is said by Princess Mil in the opening of Maze.

There, do I get a cookie? No. Oh well, I guess I should think up a quote..... bah! I can't think of one right now. I can't remember any cool exact lines; my memory simply doesn't work like that. I'll edit this later and post one once I have thought of one.

Edit:

Yooooosh! After pretty much burning out my sarcasm generator in another post I have finally come up with a few quotes. So here you go, two really easy ones and a rather obscure one.

1) A snake cannot eat a dragon.
2) If you do, I'll find you and kill you. No matter where you are. I will kill you. I'll rip you apart, smash your bones, eat your flesh and drink your blood. I will devour you.
3) If you just keep saving the butterflies, the spiders will die.

It's the "cooking song" sung by Mihama Chiyo-chan (i.e. by seiyuu Kaneda Tomoko), in Azumanga Daioh: 作りましょう、作りましょう、偖々何が出来るかな。 はい、出来ました!

I'll follow up with an easy one:

"Anata wa, soko ni imasu ka?" (貴方は、そこに居ますか。)

Million Knives analogy from Trigun Wink

I have one, it was something similar to this-

"A women once told me that there are three different types of people in space; Military (space force), Pirates and Outlaws."

It went something like that Anime smile + sweatdrop

I believe that is a quote by Gene Starwind from Outlaw star.

I'll be back with some quote, as I actually have to try and remember a cool one and then pop in the dvd to find and write it down.

This game is pretty cool so I shall input some quotes:

1."Were we wrong? Did we make the wrong decision after all? I can't seem to remember...and things started to take a turn for the worst."

2."And I'm known for my bullets never missing their mark. Espically if it's the heart of a beautiful lady. BANG!"

3."Ordinary. The kind of dangerous beautiful ordinary that you just can't leave alone. Like an angel from the underworld, or maybe a devil from paradise."

"You know.... you dont call a meatless dish 'fried beef with bell peppers'...", "Yes you do..." "You do NOT" "You Do when you are broke" something like that, Medium Easy.
