Great cosplay from a great videogame. I think it's the only original Xbox game I still have.

No offense, but why can't the photographer give a name for the cosplayer? I mean, if he shot her, then their has to be some paperwork and whatnot.....

Maybe she didn't want to be named?
Maybe this is a portfolio shot that somebody's leeched off the internet, and wasn't actually submitted by the photographer?

To elaborate, the link in the copyright notice in the article leads to the flickr page where the photographer has posted the image. That is where the list of tags that PBsallad mentions is.
And I agree that this is a good picture of a good and accurate portrayal of the character in the reference image.
