About time there was this kind of story, given that very few soccer manga are about girls.

I really enjoyed the Women's World Cup and an Anime about it would be pretty cool. I'd defiantly watch it.

I hope to release long series anime, not just anime movie.
specially there is no soccer series anime for women, so it will be so interesting.

I'm not surprised, given that they had such a wonderful story, that captivated many people. I haven't seen the one-shot manga that this will be based upon, but would certainly check out the results. Hopefully, as others have expressed above, this will encourage more stories about women's soccer in the future.
