This would be as good a time as any to point out that peorth.animenewsnetwork.com always automatically redirects me to peorth.animenewsnetwork.co.uk - which does not exist (same for all the other goddesses).

Welcome back. Although I don't post all the time, I do visit the site to check out the news almost daily. I realized how much of a habit it has become for me yesterday when I couldn't get my daily fix.

Yay, you're back! That was an unfortunate day, especially because I couldn't convince myself to leave the site alone for a few hours in case it fixed itself in the next 5 minutes.
Ah well, at least Anncast will probably only be delayed a day or so. |

A welcome back is in order, thank you Rightstuff for your help. Although it's been years since I last got something from you guys ( Comic Party was my last dvd that I remember) it's very kind of you to help us out at ANN. Not only does that show character, but it let me know what was going on.
See I thought the problem was on my end (given that ANN is seldom down) so for a while I was checking out my internet connection and checking out my network as well. As I eventually figured out, nothing was wrong and that is when I read the message Rightstuff so kindly created. Speaking as a person, not as a subscriber at this time, I just feel bad that Tempest's vacation in Japan had to end early and he had to deal with this issue instead of doing whatever in Japan. But hey, I just like the fact this issue was fixed so quickly and didn't cause any bigger issues. So once again, thanks ANN for working so hard ( I am guessing around the clock, given how fast this issue was addressed.) |

I'm just glad the site is no longer redirecting to Facebook. Maybe in case of future outages the backup can be somewhere not as prone to being a prominent occupant of corporate blacklists.

ANN servers have been named after A!MG characters and items for a long time. (Gotta tell this fact to Kosuke Fujishima in person 12 hours from now) |
