First Shinkai, now this?
I feel like my entire Otakon experience this year is going to be mostly waiting in a line.
P.S. Otakon, you're totally winning all sorts over (my first) Anime Expo this year (then again, this is coming from someone who isn't really a Miku fan).

They had better use the big room they use for the AMVs, if they try using anything smaller like the room they used for Welcome to the Space Show they wont have enough room.
Hope I don't have anything planned around the time of the screening, that line is going to form early.

Yeah, first Shinkai, now this, I agree... It's making me seriously consider flying out to Maryland from Texas...

I'll bet AWA in Atlanta will follow suit. As for a dub, I'm thinking early 2012, and unlike Conqueror of Shamballa, I'll bet Adult Swim WILL actually play this one!

This will not be the international premiere, the movie has already been shown at the Japan Expo in Paris on July 2nd.

I had a gut feeling that they were going to premiere this at Otakon. The line is going to be nuts, and I wont mind waiting a few hours for this. That makes me wonder how many people are willing to wait all day.

I'd wait probably an hour at the most (MAYBE 90 mins i dunno). I missed out on three things last year due to coming late, and had no internet/phone last year to know of the rescheduling of the Home Made Kazoku autographing due to jerk who pulled the alarm (was at the front of line!)
I just hope that the line isn't anything like Vic Mcderpaderp's from last year.
