Good news about finally getting an English version of Kaiba, even if it is subtitles only.
Siren has been getting a number of interesting licences recently, I hope it works out for them. They just need Dennou Coil next!

I tip my hat to you, Siren!
The news of Kaiba's R4 acquisition has brightened my spirits greatly. Here's a company that refreshes the parts others can't reach.

One of the most fundamental points of business is find a niche and fill it. They've gone after the titles which are not profitable enough for other companies but we stilll want, hell I would be interested to know if any international people have purchased copies through the website.
And I would pay good money to have Dennou Coil in my collection, but i'm happy with being able to watch Kaiba.
What's some other 'missed' titles people might like to see released in australia?

Well given Nozomi is releasing the remastered Utena would be nice to have that finally trickle here since we only ever got the movie. Would be a nice complement to Dennou I guess

Utena could be fun, but I get the feeling that the rights might be held elsewhere. Also would it be possible to sell a circa '97 Anime in today's modern market? Anime that holds up it's popularity (FLCL, EVA are two that come to mind) without looking dated are difficult to find.
That being said, Giant Robo... I would love to see Giant Robo get a local release

Wow, an English license for Kaiba.
Good news from this side of the globe is that PAL masters will now exist for both titles...
