Howdy!

They're only on the second volumes of some of their titles but two of the series that I buy are already late!!! Move over Viz...ADV seems to want your title.

I've been checking their website regularly for new dates and they've finally posted some Sept and Oct dates.

Chrono Crusade v2 has been rescheduled for Oct instead of Aug.

Also, Your and My Secret had volume 1 released in June but volume 2 still doesn't have a new release date.

They have some news on their manga site now. Lianncoop's RTO is listed because she gave Pretear a "Buy It Now!" Rating. Unfortunately, they didn't notice when she gave Your and My Secret a "Buy It Now!" rating too. Maybe they would actually release it then...

I kinda gave up when I realized they only put out Steel Angel Kurumi and Full Metal Panic on regular release schedules. Other than that, everything else seems to have gone dead.

Since this is an ADV manga release date thread, Mythical Detective Loki RAGNAROK and Tactics are schedualed for October 26th or just October in general depending on what manga seller site you're looking at.

I am happy about getting Tactics in GN form, and same with Loki, but why did they only license the RAGNAROK part of the manga?

I'm guessing since they aquired the Loki series, along with Peacemaker from another publisher that Comic Blade doesn't own the full rights to them.

And how "well" their manga division is working, it wouldn't surprise me if they didn't even know that they only acquired the 2nd half of Loki....

I have little doubt that that's exactly what happened when they liscensed all those titles in bulk. I don't think they did much of any research on the titles and their history. However, I've been comforted slightly by some friends of mine who have been going to conventions and asking ADV reps about it, and they keep replying that they're "Working on" getting the rest of the manga titles that they have sequels too.

Seem like the most popular title get quick released. I'm still waiting for the last volume to Kagerou-Nostalgia.

Why the heck is FMP oversized? It makes sense that Blade of the immortal and Vagabond are oversized, but FMP feel like it should of been the regular manga size.
