Well, some episodes are a bit cheesy, but some aren't. Most of the former are intentionally kinda silly anyway. There are also a few very dark and introspective episodes. Two eps that can give you a good example of the show's range are "Paper War" (light) and "Death and Taxes" (dark). Some other great "dark" story arcs involve Michelle, Lily, or Mack, plus any written by Bruce Cervi. Other great "light" ones are "Legend of the Lost Art" and any episodes with Higgins' long-lost siblings...really just John Hillerman with a different disguise and foreign accent.

I'm actually in town for a couple days for Christmas. It's nice to be back. No school, no work, and all play. Plus all my old high school friends are back in town too so I've pretty much been at the bar the last 3 nights  Next 2 days will be spent with the family though. You have any fun holiday plans?
