Welcome, Tachibana Hirou. I'm one of the poor you may be able to help in the future. Your catchphrase is similar to mine up to a point: "I will change the future and become rich to... ...keep it all for myself!" |

I think you may have our reps mixed up, so let me jog your memory: egoist: The young, incoherent, creepy guy Blood-: The old, slightly more coherent than egoist, creepy guy Bento-Box: The girl The King of Harts: The, young, charming, funny, hansom guy that the other members (of both sexes) find irresistible So how am I the one scaring everyone?
Let me correct that for you: Why aren't any girls posting pictures? We're not that creepy here... Gotta put emphasis on the "that", because some of the people here are certainly creepy, but not 'print image, blow up to poster size, and hang on wall' creepy. |

I don't think I'm even a full year younger than you.
At first I was going to say "The Girl that secretly loves hentai", but decided against it the last second because I didn't want her storming in here and giving me a stern posting to. I mean, she did openly admit to finding the sex scenes in Yosuga no Sora hot. I'm not sayin, I'm just sayin.
Random Fact About Me: People always assume my hair is black. However, it is actually just an extremely dark brown and the only time you can really tell is when light hits it just right. |

Fellow anime watchers, I present myself. I copied everything from the original post but didn't have anything interesting to say for most of them. I have posted 79 times before this, but considering how long ago those were, I imagine that a portion of my posts weren't worth reading. I apologize if I offended anyone in the past.
Sex: Male Location: British Columbia, Canada Age: 18 Religion: Atheist Drink/Smoke: Aside from the bad side effects, smoking is just a waste of money, so I'm glad that I was at no point stupid enough to try them. For drinking, I prefer vodka or rum mixed with juice (Smirnoff Ice and Bacardi Breezers are real good). The bitterness of heavy alcoholic drinks is unbearable. Likes: Video games, computer programming (mainly web development), and anime of course. Don't watch too many live-action movies, only ones I know will be super good. I burned myself out watching crappy sequels a couple years ago. Dislikes: The 9 months I spent working at McDonald's, that job was horrible for so many reasons that I could write a book about it. Favorite anime: The only 2 anime titles that I have rated "Masterpiece" so far have been Princess Mononoke and Samurai X: Trust & Betrayal. They are simply flawless. Favorite games: Zelda: OOT, Conker's Bad Fur Day, Paper Mario, Braid, Demon's Souls, Starcraft 2. Favorite live-action movies: A Clockwork Orange, Toy Story, Back To The Future PT 1&2, maybe some others I can't remember. I haven't delved very far into the classy movies to say the least. Favorite drink: I like an ice cold Dr Pepper, but I haven't thought about it very much. Favorite foods: Constantly changing. After a while I'll get tired of any particular food that I eat regularly. Favorite sites: Youtube, GiantBomb, TeamLiquid, and ANN. Favorite music: I'm a fan of hip hop from artists like Sage Francis, B Dolan, Prolyphic, Deltron, and Immortal Technique. I also like some melodic death metal ("melodeath") from bands like Opeth and Kalmah. Then some normal metal like Metallica and System Of A Down. |

I have never been this insulted in my entire life. There's absolutely no way you could calculate the difference as easily. My mental age is around 16 (online), and 65 (offline). I hope you're good with numbers.
Ohhh. So, we do agree on Blood's reputation at least? That's good.
Is it that bad? I assume it's nothing like Burger King, then. One of my friends used to work for Burger King and he told me numerous times of occasions he found female employees (mostly teenagers) doing that thing with their mouth to other employees (mostly males). And even of a certain occasion where the girl was doing that with her mouth to a boy other than her boyfriend when her boyfriend arrived by surprise and she turned to kiss him (not a coincidence, since it was another employee who set em up). |

I'm starting to think I underestimated you when I simply called you incoherent; you're much, much more than that. I need a thesaurus... You, sir, are now: The young, breathless, confused, disconnected, discontinuous, discordant, disjointed, disordered, dumb, faltering, inarticulate, incohesive, incomprehensible, incongruous, inconsistent, indistinct, indistinguishable, irrational, jumbled, maundering, muddled, muffled, mumbling, mute, muttered, puzzling, rambling, stammering, stuttering, tongue-tied, uncommunicative, unconnected, uncoordinated, uneven, unvocal, wandering, wild, creepy guy. http://engrishfunny.files.wordpress.com/2009/03/engrish-funny-congraturation.jpg?w=500&h=375
Maybe it's just me, but I really think Track and Field is underrepresented here. I'm beginning to think that it's an anime thing in general since I knew tons of star wars and star trek nerds on my high school team. Perhaps most anime nerds are too afraid to put on the super manly short shorts. Last edited by The King of Harts on Sat Nov 13, 2010 10:00 pm; edited 1 time in total |

Well, to make myself clear, i am not a star wars or star trek nerd. I can respect the movies and shows but im not a total nerd. Now i am proud to be a Band geek (not a full blown one though) i am musically talented. Now for Track and field, i mean running. And you've got to recognize that there are nerds/geeks that are well-rounded. im a geek that loves to party, have general conversations, clumsy, and hates anything that goes too intellectually in depth. |

Oh, I get that since I'm well-rounded myself, in my own, special way ![]() Now then, while cleaning through stuff I found my box of high school stuff that locked away in one my mini-closets. This box contained many things, but I'll only share the hilariously weird sports pictures in hopes that others will actually start posting pics again (you know, for the reason this thread was even made). I bring you: The King of Harts In High School Disclaimer: There is some extreme muscle flexing going on in these pictures. It's called being young and full of testosterone, not egomania. Freshman Football Sophomore Football Sophomore Spring Track Junior Spring Track Senior Football Senior Spring Track I might as well do a little backstory. Contrary to the lack of pictures, I did do Winter Track as well for all four years. Why I never bought pictures is something I don't know. Also, if you're wondering why my skin changes color so drastically, that's why. There were 5 months of Winter Track which consisted of practicing inside when it was too cold (a little less than half the time) and performing most of our meets inside a building inbetween the two sports. Also, those Spring Track pictures are taken early in the season, so my skin hadn't gone back to normal yet. I don't have a Junior Football picture because I wasn't allowed to play that year. During that summer I got into a fight (with the reigning state wrestling champion no less) and suffered a big ol' concussion. One so big that I was unconscious for an hour and half, but was still physically active at the same time. According to other people that were there (it happened at our weight room facilities), after I got hit my head bounced off the floor, I got back up on my own power and continued working out. I responded to their questions and everything, so they couldn't tell I was out; I was completely normal on the outside. However the 4 seconds before he hit me and an hour and half later are a complete mystery to me; I do remember seeing myself in the mirror once, but it was just a split-second flash. The next thing I remember is sitting in the lockeroom having my consciousness slowly coming back (my vision literally faded from being pitch-black into normal eyesight in a span of probably 10 seconds) and crying uncontrollably because my head was throbbing. Needless to say, I was freaking out because I was just lost. I was then diagnosed by a teammates father who was an EMT and he told me to go to the hospital, where they charged me $800 to tell me I had a concussion. As a result of this incident my parents forbid me from playing football. I actually had to plead to let them allow me to even do track that year and play football the next year. The several hairstyles you see are cornrows, my mega afro of doom, and a simple buzzcut. I was so well known for my fro that when I hacked it off, people were flabbergasted. That first day back sucked because I was bombarded with questions and stares all day. You'll notice I always wore high socks for track. That was my thing. Every practice, every meet, I would wear high socks. Black for home meets, white for away ones. In my senior year I was finally able to coordinate my entire ensemble so that for home meets I'd wear either nothing or a black spandex top, black spandex shorts and black socks. I did the same for white and away meets except I always wore my white spandex top. I also wore the same neon blue warmup shorts for my last three years. Those shorts are now retired because the rear end is fading out. I wore high socks for football as well, but only for games and never practice since they'd be ruined within days if I did. Last thing. In case you didn't catch it, my number changed to 28 my senior year. Apparently after the football season ended my junior year (the year I wasn't on the team), someone bought that jersey and the coaches never replaced it. When I went in to get my number I was surprised and a little pissed off since an athletes number is somewhat sacred. I hadn't anticipated not being able to have 27, so I had to think about it for a little bit and finally picked 28 because of Marshall Faulk, my all time favorite player. I wore 27 because my birthday is August 27th. THE END Now then, lets try to not have half-assed introductions anymore, shall we? |
