Dengeki Bunko Strikes Again in Puzzle & Dragons

Japanese publishing label Dengeki Bunko rejoins Puzzle & Dragons, bringing popular characters from beloved light novels and anime series, including Durarara!! and The irregular at magic high school!

REDONDO BEACH, Calif. — August 13, 2024 — GungHo Online Entertainment's hit mobile game, Puzzle & Dragons, has announced that the beloved Japanese publishing label, Dengeki Bunko, has returned for more match-3 action! Until August 26, 17:59 (UTC-8), Puzzle & Dragons fans can rejoice in recruiting their all-time favorite characters from light novels and anime!

For seven Magic Stones, players can head to the 7 Magic Stones! Dengeki Bunko Egg Machine for their chance to pull one of their favorite Dengeki Bunko characters, including Mikado Ryugamine and Celty Sturluson from Durarara!!, Tatsuya Shiba & Miyuki from The irregular at magic high school, Kamijo Touma & Index from A Certain Magical Index, Shana & Yuji Sakai from Shakugan no Shana, and many more!

• Izaya Orihara Descended!: One of the strongest men of Ikebukuro and special rewards awaits! Players are guaranteed an Izaya Orihara drop upon defeating the boss. Players also receive one pull from the Dengeki Bunko Egg Machine and a 4-PvP Icon, Celty Sturluson, as first-time clear rewards.
  Multiplayer! Izaya Orihara Descended!: Call your friends and experience the 3-Player Multiplayer mode of Izaya Orihara Descended!.
  
• [Headless Rider] Title Challenge!: This solo-play dungeon is timed and can only be challenged using a specified Helper. Players will receive the [Headless Rider] title as a first-time clear reward.
  
• Accelerator Descended!: This dungeon will test players with the Assists Invalid restriction! After defeating the boss, players are guaranteed Accelerator to drop. Players also receive one pull from the Dengeki Bunko Egg Machine as a first-time clear reward.
  Multiplayer! Accelerator Descended! Now, you and your friends can check out Accelerator Descended in a 3-Player Multiplayer mode!
  
• [Certain] Title Challenge!: Challenge yourself in this timed, solo-play dungeon which can only be challenged using a specified Helper. Players will receive the [Certain] title as a first-time clear reward.

During this limited-time event, players can purchase the collab-exclusive 4-PvP Icon, Index, with Magic Stones!

Monster Exchange
Trade Dengeki Bunko Collab Medals collected from dungeons such as Dengeki Bunko at the Monster Exchange. Players can exchange 10x Dengeki Bunko Collab Medal - Rainbow for Shizuku Kitayama and Khamsin Nbh'w, 5x Dengeki Bunko Collab Medal - Rainbow for Nietono no Shana, and 5x Event Medal - Black for Shinra Kishitani and Last Order.
