Blue Exorcist Heads To Jump Festa '24 Super Stage Red
Livestream of the stage will be available outside of Japan for overseas fans!
Tokyo, Japan (December 6, 2023) - Shueisha, Inc. has announced details of the Blue Exorcist stage on Super Stage RED happening at the annual event JUMP FESTA. JUMP FESTA '24 will be held December 16-17, 2023 (JST) at Makuhari Messe. JUMP Super Stage RED will feature 10 popular hit titles and will be livestreamed on the official YouTube channel “JUMP Channel” so that overseas fans can enjoy JUMP FESTA as well. JUMP Super Stage RED will be livestreamed outside of Japan with simultaneous English interpretation.
Blue Exorcist, currently serialized in Jump SQ., is a dark fantasy series in which the main character, who has demonic blood, fights demons as an exorcist. The popular series has a cumulative circulation of over 25 million copies. The first series of the TV anime, which interweaves original anime elements with the original manga, began broadcasting in 2011, and a theatrical film was also released in 2012, creating a huge buzz. At last year's JUMP FESTA 2023, the production of the first new TV anime series in seven years since “Blue Exorcist: Kyoto Saga-”, “Blue Exorcist: Shimane Illuminati Saga-'', was announced and its broadcast is scheduled for January 2024.
This year's stage will feature the new anime series that will finally begin broadcasting in January 2024.
In preparation for the broadcast, there will be plenty of talk portions and behind-the-scenes stories about the anime production by the four enthusiastic and popular voice actors to enjoy. Also, keep an eye out for an entertainment show in which the demons that appear at Makuhari Messe will be exorcised by the combined efforts of the speakers onstage and the audience with light, video, powerful sound effects, and the latest AR technology!
