WASABICON'S GEEK MARKETPLACE ANNOUNCED FOR JUNE 26, 2021
The one-day event will feature artists and vendors for fans of video games, anime and cosplay.

(ST. AUGUSTINE, FLORIDA, May 10, 2021) Since 2012, WasabiCon has grown to be Northeast Florida's largest pop culture convention for fans of anime, cosplay, gaming and pop culture. This summer, the team behind the convention will launch its newest project: WasabiCon's Geek Marketplace.

WasabiCon's Geek Marketplace is scheduled to take place Saturday, June 26, 2021 at the World Golf Village Renaissance Resort located in St. Augustine, Florida. The event will begin at 11:00 AM and conclude later that evening at 7:00 PM. Tickets are only $5 per person.

The event will feature over thirty booths of artists, exhibitors and vendors for fans of pop culture to explore throughout the day. Additionally, the event will feature a Hallway Cosplay Contest, which allows attendees to participate in a costume competition merely by showing up dressed as their favorite character. The winner will be awarded a $100 Amazon Gift Card.

Masks are required to attend. However, CDC guidelines and recommendations are changing regularly, and the production team will keep this in mind as they review restrictions closer to the event.
