Renowned Mangaka, Illustrator, and Character Designer, TakuyaFujima Announces His First NFT Drop
Acclaimed Illustrator Takuya Fujima, most famous for his work on the Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha series, will be dropping the first of a series of NFT artwork on opensea.io. 10 copies of the animated piece are slated for release on the 25th March at 8PM PST. While this drop will be amongst the first NFTs released by an illustrator of his stature from Japan, Takuya Fujima will be joining prominent global artists in the NFT market.
Takuya Fujima and his overseas representative partner Kaiten Zushi hope that this will bring his art closer to his global audience. Fans can expect NFT releases of rare art from old fan favorites to new arts specially illustrated for digital release. Collectors will be delighted to know the art will be released with exclusive special effects and animations that can only be presented in its digital format.
Fujima's work as the illustrator of the “Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha ViVid” manga lead to its anime adaptation in 2015, where he also did the character design for. His portfolio includes character design of the ViVid Strike!, R-15, Black Bullet, and most recently, Warlords of Sigrdrifa. Fans of japanese TCG will also be familiar with his work from his contributed illustrations for Cardfight!! Vanguard, WIXOSS, and Z/X, and others.
