Over 1 Million USD in Total Raised So Far in Granzella's Crowdfunding Campaign for "R-Type Final 2" Production Project

Granzella Inc. (Kanazawa City, Ishikawa) has been running its second crowdfunding campaign for the “R-type Final 2” on the official website since October 1.
The current campaign was designed for those who missed out on our Kickstarter campaign in June due to the short campaign period. So far we have received support from many people, the cumulative amount of funding pledged to our crowdfunding campaigns has exceeded US $1 million (Approximately 108 million JPY). Also, more than 9,100 backers in total have supported the campaign. Also, more than 9,100 backers in total have supported the campaign. We would like to take this opportunity to express our heartfelt thanks.

As for the stretch goals, which increase the quality/ quantity of game components based on the funding level, the 8th goal has been unlocked with the amount of funding reached 1 million USD. That confirmed the reproduction of one of the stages in R-Type Leo with the latest technology.
The next stretch goals will be the reproduction of the stages in “R-Type II” and the original “R-Type” as well as a total of 102 player ships to be playable.

There is only one week left until our crowdfunding campaign ends. We would like more people to participate in the project to make the best possible shooter game. We kindly ask for your continued support and cooperation.

We have received opinions from many people for the additional player ship proposals we made on October 11. We created a video of the start scene of one of the proposed player ships.
With the R-Type Final 2, you will be able to see the start scene of your favorite player ship.
As for the TW-3B BLUE SYMPHONIES, the implementation has not been confirmed. We will continue to propose more ships to add to the game so please stay tuned.
