"ENCORE" Movie Screening & Merch Booth for IA/KAGEROU PROJECT at Kinokuniya Book Stores
For those who missed the IA Concert Movie Premiere at NY Comic Con in October, or who did not have enough IA and KAGEROU PROJECT experience, come join us at Kinokuniya Book Stores New York (Dec 3rd 6pm) and Seattle (Dec 6th 5pm) and San Francisco (Dec 6th 3pm)!
We will “ENCORE” screen IA's live concert movie featuring her live band with JIN, one of the most talented young musicians/producers and novelists behind the blockbuster multi-media installment known as “KAGEROU PROJECT” (later adapted to “MEKAKUCITY ACTORS” for its worldwide anime release). Admission is free, but seating is limited, so come early and bring your friends! We'll also set up a special booth at Kinokuniya for IA/KAGEROU PROJECT related merchandises, T-shirts, posters, CDs, books, comics and more. Enjoy the movie, holiday shopping at Kinokuniya, and pick up your perfect gift for your friends and loved ones. About IA
IA is a virtual singer brought to life as a part of the VOCALOIDTM3 Library on January 27, 2012. Upon release, the "IA" Vocaloid Library ranked first on Amazon's music production software, and just six short months after its release, IA managed to rake in over 10,000,000 views on Nico Nico Douga (a Japanese Social Video Site) and received glowing reviews from users and industry professionals alike. On November 28, 2012, she kicked off her work as an artist with the release of IA x JIN - “WORLD CALLING / LIVE DRIVE”. Not only will fans fall for the appealing tone of IA's crystal-clear upper register, but the versatility of her vocal abilities as well. IA's up-tempo rock tunes and rhythmic dance music are also to be enjoyed by all. In 2013, IA made her international live debut at Tokyo Crazy Kawaii Paris in France (followed by Crazy Kawaii Taipei in 2014) and started expanding her fan base to all corners of the world. About KAGEROU PROJECT
KAGEROU PROJECT is a story-driven multi-media project created by musician/novelist JIN and illustrator SHIDU. The original story is a type of ensemble performance based on different characters who have super human abilities using their “EYES”. They group together, and solve problems and mysteries. The story slowly unfolds itself in sync with music, novels, manga, and other media, and it created whole new genre of Media Mix in Japan and beyond. KAGEROU PROJECT became a phenomenon supported by today's teenagers and their videos have reached more than 100,000,000 plays so far!
