MTAC Announces New Venue and April 2012 Dates
NASHVILLE, TN – MTAC is pleased to announce its post-apocalyptic MTAC Omega scheduled for April 6-8, 2012 at the Nashville Convention Center and Renaissance Nashville Hotel.
MTAC is excited to move into downtown Nashville, host to numerous famous and photogenic locales (such as the world-famous Ryman Auditorium right across the street). The Nashville Convention Center will allow MTAC to expand to new sizes, including a dealer room ten times larger than the year before - enough space to hold all of last year's convention. More than enough room to hold last year's 5,640 attendance and beyond.
Room reservations at the convention rate of $109 a night will be opening soon.
Membership prices for the Easter weekend event start at $28 for all three days, with cheaper prices available for single-day, two-day and group memberships. This current pricing tier ends on December 31, after which prices go up. View membership costs and pre-register at http://mtac.net/.
MTAC Omega is themed around surviving the end of the world, as per the popular myth of its occurrence in 2012, and how post-apocalyptic settings are prevalent in anime, manga and Japanese popular culture. For upcoming announcements, keep an ear open to http://mtac.net/and follow MTAC on Facebook (http://facebook.com/mtac.net) and Twitter (http://twitter.com/MTAC).
