Robots Attack Akihabara in Episode 3 of Otaku-Verse Zero
Tokyo, Japan, December 15. 2010 – Yuu Asakawa (voice actress, Azumanga Daioh, Love Hina) and Patrick Macias (Editor, Otaku USA magazine) are the featured hosts of Otaku-Verse Zero, a new English language series from web TV network K'zStation.
Updated weekly and filmed in Tokyo, Otaku-Verse Zero aims to bring “otaku all over the universe” fun and lively coverage of anime, manga, and Japanese pop culture.
Episode three, now available for viewing on-line, features Patrick and Yuu's report on Vstone, a unique all-robot shop located in Tokyo's famed Akihabara district. An array of state of the art Japanese robots are featured including solar powered, computer programmable, and infra-red sensing robots. Patrick asks the staff of Vstone about the future of robotics and technology in Japan, while Yuu confesses that all she really wants is her very own Terminator to lay siege to humanity.
