Crunchyroll describes manga's story:

Asamiya Yuuhi was an ordinary college student... until the day a lizard showed up and asked him to help save the world. The next thing he knows, he's been given a ring and special powers, plus an enemy stalking him. However, he's saved in the nick of time by the Girl Next Door, Samidare, who's planning... WHAT kinds of things?! This is an unconventional story that mixes ordinary life with the bizarre and supernatural!

Muse Asia describes Parallel World Pharmacy:

Kanji Yakutani is a pharmaceutical researcher in modern Japan. He woke up one day and found that he had been reborn as Falma de Médicis, a son of a court pharmacist from the respected de Médicis family. Falma was shocked upon seeing the world's medicinal field being dominated by false procedure and drug formulations as well as popular practices like magic and spell that could not be regarded as medical practice at all. Making use of the modern pharmaceutical knowledge that he has, along with the overpowering ability of "Substance Creation & Substance Elimination" which he gained in the parallel world as part of "Divine Arts" only the noble family can use, he faced various illnesses upon him. And so, he produced effective drugs known as "Parallel World Pharmacy" and spread them to the people. Parallel World power x modern pharmacy! The fantasy that changes the future of the medical field in an alternate world and saves people, begins now!

Muse Asia describes the second season of The Devil Is a Part-Timer!:

In the parallel of Ente Isla, they were the Overlord and the Hero. But in modern-day Tokyo, they are hardworking employees of the modern world under new identities, Sadao Maou and Emi Yusa.
Along with his two confidants at the Overlord's Castle, and a loving high school girl, Chiho, Maou is getting used to life in Japan, while also struggling with the rough economic times. One day, a mysterious little girl appears and the Overlord's Castle is in turmoil!
The Overlord's Castle is tasked with raising a child, while visitors from Ente Isla keep coming in. They also have to work to support the people living in the Overlord's Castle, which is a miserable six-mat room! And so the part-timer Overlord's folksy fantasy unfolds once again in the second season of the anime!

The anime will premiere on the Tokyo MX and BS11 channels on July 14 at 11:30 p.m. (10:30 a.m. EDT), and will also run MBS and AT-X. The anime will also start streaming in Japan exclusively on Disney+ on the same day and time as the broadcast premiere. The anime will have a special program on July 7 where the voice actors will appear to talk about the second season and their memories of recording the voices for the second season.
