Ryukishi07, Itaru Hinoue's Kaleidoscope of Phantasm Prison Game Launches in Japan in Winter

Entergram announced on Thursday that Ryukishi07 (Higurashi: When They Cry series creator) and Itaru Hinoue (Clannad character designer) will release the new Kaleidoscope of Phantasm Prison (Gensō Rōgoku no Kaleidoscope) game for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, and Nintendo Switch in Japan this winter. The company also began streaming the opening video for the game, which features Emi Uema's song "Beautiful World."
Ryukishi07 is credited with planning and the scenario, while Hinoue is credited with the original art and character designs. The official website describes the project as a "girls mental suspense" game and states that more information will be revealed on August 16 at 6:00 p.m. JT.
Ryukishi07 and Hinoue announced the project in March 2018 under the tentative title Sangeki Sandbox (Tragedy Sandbox) for release this year.
