Hakata Mentai! Pirikarako-chan TV Anime Shorts Previewed in Video

The official website for Kyushu Asahi Broadcasting's Hakata Mentai! Pirikarako-chan anime shorts began streaming a short video for the show on Thursday.
The anime will debut on Kyushu Asahi Broadcasting in July. The anime is inspired by the products of Fukuoka city's historic Hakata ward. The anime will center on a walleye pollock roe (mentaiko) fairy named Pirikarako-chan as she solves the problems of other food fairies in a shopping district in a city similar to Hakata.
The cast includes:
- Hiyori Kono as Pirikarako-chan
- Kenichi Ogata as Sōsuke Oji-san
- Chafūrin as Motsunabe Oyaji
- Shun Horie as Baran-kun
- Hitomi Ohwada as Amaō Trio
- Maaya Uchida as Maya
- Natsumi Fujiwara as Caviar-kun
- Hironori Miyata as Butler
- Marie Ōi as Koharu Obaa-chan
Taketomo Ishikawa is directing the anime, and is also credited for character design and prop design. Shingo Irie is writing and overseeing the anime's script. Manabu Keita is credited for art board and setting. Norifumi Nakamura is the art director. Sakiko Teguramori is in charge of color setting. Tomoya Hosaka is the director of photography. Yuki Honda is the editor. Shiori Yamazaki is the sound director. Tetsuya Kobayashi is composing the music. G-angle is credited for sound production and production.
