Capcom Unveils Capcom Home Arcade Device for October Release

CAPCOM opened an official website on Tuesday to announce that it will release the CAPCOM Home Arcade system on October 25. CAPCOM UK began streaming a trailer for the "uniquely designed plug and play home arcade machine." The device is available to pre-order in Europe for 229.99 euros (about US$260).
The device will feature 16 pre-installed games from the CAPCOM CPS1 and CPS2 arcade ROMs with emulation by FB Alpha. The games will include:
- 944: The Loop Master
- Alien vs. Predator
- Armored Warriors
- CAPCOM Sports Club
- Captain Commando
- Cyberbots: Fullmetal Madness
- Darkstalkers: The Night Warriors
- ECO Fighters
- Final Fight
- Ghouls 'n Ghosts
- Giga Wing
- Mega Man: The Power Battle
- Progear
- Street Fighter II: Hyper Fighting
- Strider
- Super Puzzle Fighter II: Turbo
The device will have two Sanwa JLF-TP-8YT joysticks with eight-way GT-Y directional gates and OBSF buttons. Both solo and multiplayer gameplay will be available. Players will be able to access a Worldwide High Score Leaderboard via built-in WiFi. The system will connect to televisions via an HDMI cable and to a power supply via USB.
