Love Live! Sunshine!! Voice Actress Arisa Komiya Goes on Hiatus Due to Acute Allergic Reaction

The staff of voice actress Arisa Komiya announced on Thursday that that she will go on a hiatus due to an acute allergic reaction. After she had developed symptoms, she underwent an allergy examination. Doctors diagnosed her with severe hives due to a suspected acute allergy, and prescribed two weeks of rest and recuperation.
As a result, Komiya will not perform at the Chiba (April 13 and 14) and Seoul (April 20 and 21) concerts on the Love Live! Sunshine!! Aqours World Love Live! Asia 2019 tour. Due to Komiya's absence, some of the group's performances at those tour venues will change accordingly. She will also not attend the screening to commemorate the completion of the live-action Toshimaen film on April 17.
Komiya plays Dia Kurosawa in the Love Live! Sunshine!! franchise, and her other roles include Sara in Garo: Divine Flame and urara Kusakabe in Star Blazers: Space Battleship Yamato 2202.
