Kono Manga ga Sugoi! Reveals 2019's Series Ranking for Female Readers

The 2019 edition of Takarajimasha's Kono Manga ga Sugoi! (This Manga Is Amazing!) guidebook announced its lists of the top manga series on Tuesday. The top 20 on its list of manga for female readers are:
- Metamorphose no Engawa by Kaori Tsurutani
- Mystery to Iu Nakare by Yumi Tamura
- Nagi no Oitoma by Misato Konari
- Ikoku Nikki by Tomoko Yamashita
- Oji-sama to Neko by Umi Sakurai
- Inu to Neko Docchi mo Katteru to Mainichi Tanoshii by Hidekichi Matsumoto
- Giga Town - Manpu Zufu by Fumiyo Kouno
- Chiisako no Niwa by Yuki Kodama (tied for eighth place)
- Maki to Mami: Jōshi ga Suitai Genre no Ota Nakama datta Hanashi by Kayu Machida (tied for eighth place)
- Kimi wa Haru ni Me o Samasu by Asato Shima
- Seiri-chan by Ken Koyama
- Hōga Prezen Joshi Kōsei Hō Kichi! Eiko-chan by Shōta Hattori
- Magmell Shinkai Suizokukan by Kiyomi Sugishita
- Cold Game by Kaneyoshi Izumi
- Samenai Machi no Kissaten by Hasha
- Dokushin OL no Subete by Mazurin (tied for 16th place)
- Yuria Sensei no Akai Ito by Kiwa Irie (tied for 16th place)
- Lullaby for Girl by Natsumi Matsuzaki (tied for 16th place)
- Utakata Dialog by Kaoru Inai (tied for 19th place)
- Daraku JK to Haijin Kyōshi by sora (tied for 19th place)
In 2018, Kaiu Shirai and Posuka Demizu's The Promised Neverland manga topped the Male Readers list, and Nao Iwamoto's Marronnier Ōkoku no Shichinin no Kishi manga topped the Female Readers list. In 2017, Tensei Hagiwara, Nobuyuki Fukumoto, Tomoki Miyoshi, and Tomohiro Hashimoto's Chūkan Kanriroku Tonegawa manga topped the Male Readers list, and Nao Iwamoto's Kin no Kuni Mizu no Kuni manga topped the Female Readers list.
