Kamen Rider Heisei Generations Casts Kenichi Takitoh as Guest Character Futaros
posted on by Karen Ressler
Toei announced on Friday that Kenichi Takitoh is joining the cast of its Kamen Rider Heisei Generations FOREVER film as Futaros, the film's new Imagin character. Takitoh is voicing the character (pictured below).
Imagin are beings that first appeared in the Kamen Rider Den-O series. The staff are teasing that Futaros may be an enemy or an ally.
The film will open on December 22. As with previous films in the series, this new film will crossover the previous Kamen Rider show with the current show. This year, the film will crossover Kamen Rider Build with the ongoing Kamen Rider Zi-O, but will have all 20 Heisei-era Kamen Rider protagonists. An earlier video teased that a "generation is ending," highlighting the fact that Japan will enter a new era on May 1, 2019 when Emperor Akihito abdicates.
Toei previously announced two new "Another Riders" for the film. Shunsuke Daitō is playing a new Time Jacker villain named Tiido.
Kamen Rider Heisei Generations FOREVER is part of a series of Kamen Rider crossover films that open yearly. Last year's film, Kamen Rider Heisei Generations FINAL Build & Ex-Aid with Legend Rider, opened on December 9.
