Dead or Alive 6 Game Adds Christie as Playable Character

Koei Tecmo Games Europe confirmed on Friday that Team Ninja's Dead or Alive 6 fighting game will feature the character Christie as a playable character. The company said it will release a video "soon" for the character. Koch Media France originally posted a picture on Twitter on Friday of the character from a display at Paris Games Week.

The game will launch for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam on February 15, 2019.
The game will also get an arcade version. Sega will distribute the game via its "ALL.Net P-ras MULTI version 3" service, which allows for digital distribution of games to arcade systems throughout Japan. Team Ninja has not yet announced a release window for the arcade version.
The fighting game series' Dead or Alive 5 game debuted for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in 2012. The game's most recent updated version, Dead or Alive 5 Last Round, launched for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PC, and arcades in 2015.
The most recent game in the Dead or Alive Xtreme series, Dead or Alive Xtreme Venus Vacation, shipped for PS4 and PlayStation Vita in Japan and Asia in 2016, and the PC version debuted last November.
