1st Macross Frontier Film Gets MX4D Screenings in Japan

The first Macross Frontier film, Macross Frontier: Itsuwari no Utahime (Gekijōban Macross F: Itsuwari no Utahime), will get MX4D screenings in Japan as part of a celebration of the television series' 10th anniversary. Screening dates and times have not yet been announced.
The Gekijō-ban Macross Delta: Gekijō no Walkūre film also began MX4D screenings on Friday. The film opened in Japan on February 9.
The Macross Frontier television anime aired in 2008 following the 25th anniversary of the Macross franchise. The Macross Frontier: Itsuwari no Utahime film premiered in 2009 as an alternate retelling, and was followed by the Macross Frontier: Sayonara no Tsubasa sequel film in 2011.
