C3 AFA Jakarta Event Rescheduled to August 31-September 2

The official website of the Anime Festival Asia event revealed on Saturday that it has rescheduled this year's C3 AFA Jakarta event to August 31 to September 2, with the venue "to be announced."
The event was previously scheduled for August 3 to 5, but the convention announced in March that it was rescheduled.
The convention will also have a Singapore event from November 30 to December 2.
Last year, Sozo partnered with Japanese content company Sotsu Co., Ltd. to bring together the Sozo's Anime Festival Asia and Sotsu's C3 brand and events, holding events in Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, Singapore, and Hong Kong. The new events were branded as "C3 AFA" events.
Sozo organizes the Anime Festival Asia conventions, which are held annually in Singapore, and has also previously held events in Bangkok and Jakarta. The event is one of the largest anime and Japanese pop-culture conventions outside Japan. 2015's Anime Festival Asia in Singapore drew 90,669 visitors. Aside from Anime Festival Asia and its attached I Love Anisong label, Sozo also owns JLive Asia, and organizes the Japan Music Festival brand.
