King of Fighters XIV Video Reveals Oswald DLC

The official PlayStation YouTube channel began streaming a trailer announcing the DLC character Oswald for King of Fighters XIV on Thursday. The PlayStation Europe video description reveals that Oswald is the first of four DLC characters that will be released in April.
Oswald is playable at the SNK booth at the EVO Japan event this Friday and Saturday. The SNK Global Twitter account posted Oswald's command list.
The King of Fighters XIV originally shipped in Japan for PS4 on August 25, 2016. SNK Playmore and Atlus USA partnered to release the game in the United States on August 23, 2016. A PC version debuted last June 15.
The base game features more than 50 playable fighters, including new characters to the franchise. The game previously added DLC for Rock Howard, Whip, Vanessa, and Ryuji Yamazaki last April.
