The February issue of Shogakukan's Petit Comic magazine revealed on Saturday that Izumi Miyazono's Everyone's Getting Married (Totsuzen desu ga, Ashita Kekkon shimasu) manga will resume in the April issue on March 8. The manga went on hiatus in September due to Miyazono giving birth.
Viz Media is releasing the manga in North America, and it describes the story:
In this new Shojo Beat manga series by Izumi Miyazono, successful career woman Asuka Takanashi has an old-fashioned dream of getting married and becoming a housewife. After her long-term boyfriend breaks up with her to pursue his own career goals, she encounters Ryu Nanami, a popular newscaster at PTV. Asuka and Ryu get along well, but the last thing he wants is to ever get married. This level-headed pair who want the opposite things in life should never get involved, except...
Miyazono launched the manga in Petit Comic in April 2014. Shogakukan shipped the manga's eighth compiled volume, which revealed that manga is approaching its "climax" in the upcoming ninth volume. The word "climax," spelled in phonetic katakana, is often used to indicate the end of a manga. Viz Media shipped the manga's seventh volume on December 5.
Update: The February issue of the magazine noted that the manga will resume on March 8, not February 8 as previously reported.
