gdgd men's party Anime's 2nd, 3rd Promo Videos Streamed

The official website for the gdgd men's party (gd Men, pronounced "gudamen") television anime began streaming the second promotional video for the series on December 25 and the third promotional video on Monday. The video previews Eri Kitamura's opening theme song "Bōsō Teikoku Chikuonki" (Delusional Empire Gramophone).
The fourth promotional video will debut on January 8.
The series will premiere on Tokyo MX on January 8 at 25:10 (effectively January 9 at 1:10 a.m.).
The anime stars (from left to right in image below):
- Yoshitsugu Matsuoka as Light
- Kazutomi Yamamoto as Yomi
- Yūsuke Kobayashi as Alpha
- Natsuko Hara as Melody
Sōta Sugahara (character designer and animation director for the first gdgd Fairies series, director and character designer for the second season) is again credited with the original work, and is also directing the series. Ryōichi Mori (Peeping Life TV Season 1?? director, 100% Pascal-sensei scriptwriter) is writing the script. Akira Isō is the character designer, and Sōichirō Kubo (Garo -Vanishing Line-, Gekijō-ban gdgd Yōseis tte Iu Eiga wa Dō kana…?) is the sound director. Strawberry Meets Pictures and Fan Company are credited with production.
Male voice actor unit BB-voice, made up of Keito Okuyama and Eishin Fudemura, are performing the ending theme song "Duality."
In the series, Light and Yomi are spending their daily lives happily playing video games. One night when everyone else is asleep, Light receives an invitation from Alpha, a messenger for someone named King. Light and Yomi are then sucked into another world, where they must undertake a quest to rescue Princess Melody from the demon lord. Light thinks this must be his destiny, while Yomi thinks it's kind of annoying. They form a party with Alpha to start their quest. Alpha as it turns out is an AI robot, and he has a program that allows them to raise their levels while slowly continuing their adventure.
The fully computer-animated project of gdgd Fairies centers around the surreal conversations and lives of three little fairies who live inside the trees in Fairy Forest. The first 12-episode series premiered in October 2011, and Crunchyroll streamed the series as it aired. A 12-episode sequel series premiered in January 2013, and Crunchyroll again streamed the series as it aired. The Gekijō-ban gdgd Yōseis tte Iu Eiga wa Dō kana…? film opened in Japan in September 2014.
