New horror title to be announced every week in October
Kodansha Comics announced on Tuesday that it has released the first volume of Yae Utsumi's Until Your Bones Rot (Hone ga Kusaru Made) manga digitally. The publisher is announcing a new digital horror title every Tuesday for the month of October; the first was Seita Horio's Kokkoku: Moment by Moment.
Kodansha Comics describes Until Your Bones Rot:
The summer they were eleven, they killed a man and buried his body in a cave. Since then, every year, one summer night has marked a ritual: a ritual never to forget, and never to betray. Five years have passed. Their sixteenth summer. The body, now a skeleton. Unraveled lies. A faceless blackmailer. The phone rings, and a life is torn apart. The bones, like their crime: never rotting, never fading away. Now, a living hell begins.
The manga launched on the Manga Box app in 2016 and Kodansha published the fifth compiled volume on October 6.
