posted on by Rafael Antonio Pineda
Animax Asia announced on Saturday that it will air the television anime adaptation of cloba.U's Magic of Stella (Stella no Mahō) manga. The anime will premiere on October 4, and will air two episodes every Wednesday and Thursday at 8:00 p.m. GMT +8.
Animax Asia describes the anime:
On her first day in high school, Tamaki Honda comes across a game-making club known as the SNS club. Alongside three other students – the programmer Shiina, writer Ayame, and composer Kayo – Tamaki embarks on an all-new adventure as an illustrator for the club's next game!
The anime premiered in Japan in October 2016.
Shinya Kawatsura (Non Non Biyori, Tanaka-kun is Always Listless) directed the anime at Studio Silver LINK. Fumihiko Shimo (Myriad Colors Phantom World, Clannad) handled series composition and Hideki Furukawa (Invaders of the Rokujyōma!?, WATAMOTE) designed the characters. Voice actress Shino Shimoji performed the opening theme song "God Save The Girls" for the anime.
cloba.U launched the four-panel manga in Houbunsha's Manga Time Kirara Max magazine in 2013, and Houbunsha published the manga's fifth compiled book volume last December.
