Kodansha Comics revealed on Tuesday that it will launch the "Attack on Titan Quest: Dedicate Your Heart" interactive game at Anime Expo with the immersive story-gaming platform Conducttr. The company already launched the "Outside the Walls" stage of the game in Los Angeles' Little Tokyo on Tuesday, and will hold the "Inside the Walls" stage at the Los Angeles Convention Center during Anime Expo from July 1-4. Participation in the game is free, and all participants will receive a download code for a digital copy of the 21st volume of Hajime Isayama's Attack on Titan manga.
The premise of the "Outside the Walls" stage is "Join the Survey Corps and defeat the Titans in Little Tokyo! Captain Levi awaits you for training to survive outside the wall." The "Inside the Walls" stage will be a scavenger hunt at the venue. Participants for the "Inside the Walls" stage must register at the Kodansha Comics booth during the convention.
This year's Anime Expo convention will run from July 1 to July 4 at the Los Angeles Convention Center. In addition, the convention will formally include a preview night a day before on June 30.
