Former AŌP Idol Risa Sakurana Performs Again as Solo Artist Under New Name

Former AŌP idol Risa Sakurana changed her name to Risa Matsuki on Twitter and announced that she has joined voice actor agency Object as of June 1 in order to pursue her solo voice-acting career. She had already suspended her activity with AŌP in late March in order to focus on her studies.
AŌP, an idol group based around the members' love of anime, has performed theme songs for Mr. Osomatsu, Time Travel Girl, Ace of Diamond, and Minami Kamakura High School Girls Cycling Club, among other series, and is contributing the theme song for the upcoming In Another World With My Smartphone anime. The current remaining members of the group are Aoi Mizuki, Yui Fukuo, Kei Tomoe, and Yuuki Hirose.
Voice actress Mami Ozaki (Girls und Panzer's Hana Isuzu) also announced on Thursday that she is leaving her agency Power Rise in order to work freelance.
